Former Disneyland HRD joins Profile

Profile, an executive search firm for the hospitality sector, has appointed a HR professional to become its vice president of business development.

Corinne Winter-Rousset takes up the new role at Profile and will be based in Covent Garden, at the firm’s head office.

Previously, Winter-Rousset was a Divisional Director for EMEA and the Americas at Portfolio, part of PSD Group for five years.

Prior to this, she was the VP HR for Europe at hotel chain Citadines Apart’hotels for four years. Winter-Rousset was also the HR Director at Disneyland Paris between 1990 and 1995, where she was involved with the design and preparation of a recruitment campaign for 18,000 employees.

Winter-Rousset has also held HR roles at Ernst & Whinney (now Ernst & Young) and Choice Hotels International.
